Alisha Jacob
Alisha Jacob is a Melbourne-based actor.
A Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School graduate, she works across stage and screen with a passion for bold storytelling and cross-cultural collaboration.
Highlights include short films Blue Lights and Flowers of Eventide, and Radio New Zealand’s Fake Baby. Most recently wrapping on another short by Miryam Jacobi, Hire A Wife, starring opposite Dean O'Gorman.
Currently she is working with Indian Ink Theatre Company, one of New Zealand’s most celebrated theatre companies. The show, Balloon Dog, premiered for a sold out development season in November 2025. A professional season is set for 2026 tour, where she will perform at several venues including at the Sydney Opera House.
